Sometimes we don’t know how our customers will use Casart wallcovering, so we are eternally grateful when we see pictures that show the transformation.
Lauren was so kind to send before and after pictures of her kitchen transformed with Orange and Beige Birds & Birch backsplashes.
The before picture shows how the wooden cabinets “took over” the kitchen with all that heavy dark-wood-color.
Lauren painted the cabinets and has more fronts to add but this after picture shows a tremendous improvement in the overall lightness of the kitchen.
The Birds & Birch backsplashes add a decorative quality that highlights the cabinets and visually adds height with the linear trees that “connect” the counters to the cabinets with complementary colors and visual lines.
She used one roll to create the backsplashes. This allowed her the flexibility to cut the sections where she wanted. Certainly, cost was saved by doing it herself — without a professional wallpaper installer — since the wallcovering uses an easy peel-and-stick method.

I love the wall paper. It looks great and is what I was hoping for. I know it’s a bit unusual to use wallpaper for a backsplash, but I wanted to update the kitchen without doing a huge renovation. there is still more to do (the cabinets doors above the stove are going to be replaced) but I think it’s a huge improvement. The paper is fabulous.
