The Bucket List Vintage Retail shop in Alexandria, VA, used an Artichaut, Stripes and Faux Tiles to camouflage, decorate and personalize their store and stair risers and bring shoppers’ interest to continue browsing upstairs. View all these Casart removable wallcovering designs on our Shop page.
Here’s what the stairs looked like before they were cleaned up, painted and before Casart was applied.
The entire shop was brimming over with goods so to have one central focal point helped to command the customers’ attention.
The Artichaut Element and Individual Stripes worked together on an obstructed wall with a partition that jutted out into the space, The Artichaut helped to decorate and conceal the strange protrusion. Its large scale created a visual sense that the room was larger than it was. The stripes not only added bright pops of color but they visually lead shoppers to the stairs and called attention to the stripe display for purchase.
Here’s what it looked like before the store opened.
The great thing too, is that they could all be moved around to constantly change the display and their arrangement, which made the customers sense something was new and then browse longer.
