Have you ever felt an immediate connection with someone through email?
This is the way it was with our customer who inquired about getting the Libby Langdon Lively Lattice Border in Midnight Navy for her teenage daughter’s room. She was having trouble ordering online. Luckily she called and actually alerted us to something not working. It happened to be a once-in-a-blue-moon time when we were having website trouble for anyone trying to order after we had just completed a website optimization and upgrade.
We offered to send a custom invoice, which surprisingly we could do through our shopping cart with no problem.
We sent an image of the border to be sure this is what she wanted. It was exactly as they had envisioned.
However, her daughter wanted to see the Groovy Gate instead. We were happy to provide. We could certainly commiserate when we had this exchange with our customer with her request, “otherwise my 15 year old daughter will make my life a living hell! Lol!!” Good thing we sent another image, because she changed her mind, as teenagers often do.
Well, we’re happy to report that everyone is quite pleased with the result.
Our customer was so diligent while we managed through the process with a temporarily “broken” website that we sent her this email, “You’ve been so incredibly patient. Most would have given up by now. Thank you for sticking with Casart (no pun intended)!!”
She had this to report about the installation,”Super easy stick on installation and The border quality was better than I expected…would highly recommend!”
Many thanks for sharing so others can envision how their own projects might turn out… Maybe this is all that is needed to calm a teenager? If only we were all that lucky, but it might help ease some frustration by letting them personalize their space.
