My late father-in-law was a professional painter and wallpaper hanger. How lucky were we to have him available to us whenever we felt the whim. What he hung, stuck. Forever. Far outlasting our attraction or style trends. Fast forward 20 years and I find myself swearing never to hang wallpaper again.
Speaking of swearing – my contractor has done a tremendous (arduous) job of removing Dad’s handiwork. But sometimes, a wall needs just a little something. After a lot of research I discovered Casart removable wallcoverings and dipped my toe in by beginning with a border. Quill in Down/Anise. My contractor had never come across the product. He was amazed at its quality and the ease with which it went on. I underestimated (I am not a pro), re-ordered that one last role of border and had to see for myself. It was so easy to install and the results are fantastic. Did I mention I’m not a pro? On the re-order, I selected the wrong pattern and Ashley at Casart was superb at organizing the correct replacement and coordinating the pick up of the wrong product, at no return shipping cost to me.
