A quick post today because I’m traveling for a photo shoot but wanted to remind you about the Oliobard Tobi Fairley Stripe Challenge. You have until March 5th but the sooner you enter, the more votes you can build. I wrote about it last week but since that time there have been some fabulous boards.
Like this one from swimen, with over 200 votes last I checked. I like the patterning. Mixing chevron with stripes is a bold move particularly if the colors are black and orange and don’t look like Halloween.

What I was most surprised about was the innovative way participants have chosen to use stripes. This board from modernequivalentdesign uses Casart in a way that I even had thought about using — cutting our White & Black Flower Power into wide strips to use as horizontal stripes. Very cool! What an awesome Casart Tribute. We appreciate your title too. Thank you modernequivalentdesign for featuring Casart in another one of your Olioboards. You are giving us and others some great decorating ideas!

There’s still plenty of time to vote for these, others, and ours as well as build your own boards. Here’s our stripe set to use.
Have fun striping!
