I’ve been cooking and eating artichokes for more than half a century, but this is the first time I’ve seen a recipe that adds garlic, lemon juice and bay leaf to the water when cooking. I prefer a vinegarette for a dipping sauce, though.
Nice color combination of pink and green and the unexpected addition of the artichoke design. It reminds me of my oldest daughter’s color choice for her room when she was a teen, many, many years ago!
