Did you know that this year marks Van Gogh’s 130th anniversary year since 1889 in which he painted his most celebrated paintings such as Starry Night, Sunflowers, Irises and his Almond Blossom (in 1890).
With this in mind, it’s the perfect time to announce Casart Coverings’ art licensing availability beyond just wallpaper. We already have one example of Casart Coverings’ Asia Blossom design, which was inspired by Van Gogh’s original, painted throughout the interior walls in the Kaliwa restaurant in DC.
Rey Lopez took these first two wonderful photos for EaterDC. Both the Asia Blossom and deep teal color were two key interior design concepts consulted with Kaliwa to really help set the Asian ambiance for the restaurant.
