So I’ve got some great ideas for dreamy stairways to heaven — how to renovate your stairs without major construction.
Below are several great ideas for stairways using just paint. I will say this though, if you aren’t patient and don’t pay attention to detail this is NOT the DIY project for you. There is a ton of taping, prepping and touch up work that needs to be done. Hey, if you’re not up to it you can always hire someone to do it for you…My sister does decorative painting and she might travel. 😉
I’ve also got a simple DIY stair redo below with removable wallpaper that your kids could even do.
If you don’t want to do all this prepping, tapping, painting, touch ups and sealing, try a simple stair riser like below using Casart Faux Tile premium peel and stick wallpaper.
