You can go modern with Zebrawood for it makes for it harkens back to a Mid-Century design style that has come back in fashion..
It’s interesting to me that as much as design styles change, classics get recycled as “trends” in new and modern ways. These magazine photos of zebrawood from Metropolitan Home could be from the 60’s – 70’s, except for the streamlined fixtures, but they are modern and very current.

So, go modern with zebrawood. It is a great natural wood finish. The organic vertical lines make any room appear much taller in height. However, real zebrawood is an endangered wood, as the Microberlinea or zangana tree from Cameroon is considered a threatened species. Fortunately, our faux zebrawood reusable wallcovering was originally hand painted, so no trees are cut to produce it. It’s also washable and reusable and very sustainable. It even comes in very modern colors like yellow and red, as well as natural, or you can customize your own version.
