Seeing Autumn leaves and trees reminds me that fall officially arrived last Saturday but the October issues of HGTV and Country Living took note of the season and beat it by a week. HGTV suggested papering your stair risers and showed a stylized leaf pattern in their illustration.

Designer Helen Tucker is quoted as saying that she measured often to insure the pattern lined up but the rest of the project is as simple as papering a wall; cut the paper to fit, paste it onto the risers, trim any extra with a utility knife then coat with a water-based sealer to keep scuff free. We make it easier to install (no paste, just remove and reposition for alignment) and easier to remove (remove, return to backing sheet and save for another use or another time. We also have a water-based sealer. We don’t currently have a leaf design, but we can customize anything you want and take a look at some of our other designs on our website, on our gallery and customer gallery pages.

Country Living featured the entire alphabet (literally) of tree-themed items for the home. These letter sculptures from Anthropologie would be stunning for a cocktail or dinner party tablescape.

Continue the theme with this Old Island tree stamp for your invitations.

And if you want to go all out for the season, use our Birds and Birch with Autumn leaves and trees in any of its 12 colorways for an accent wall.
