Happy belated 4th of July!
Too bad this holiday only comes once a year when we could be celebrating throughout the year.
Here are ways to keep your 5 patriotic senses with liberty in mind.
Taste:
There are so many but try a few simple, unusual and surprising ones.

Touch:
• You can always reach out and “touch” a vet’s heart by saying thank you or giving to a charitable donation. Here’s a list of the 10 top Veterans Charitable Organizations.
You can also use your fingernails, literally.

Smell:
Although daisies do not have a scent, you can use poppies, the international symbol of remembrance and still keep the red, white and blue theme + the vase can be used throughout the year.

Candles can conjure up scents from childhood, but those like apple pie and any others that remind you of family would be great to use in these mason jars as a simple way to light up the American flag.

Sound:
Backyard barbecues are a staple for the Fourth of July but also throughout summer. This DIY candle offers more than just smell, it keeps the bugs away so you can hear the joyful banter and laughs of friends and family during your summer get-togethers.

Being visual folks, this is a clever way to remember the words for our National Anthem.
