Striping Your Walls

We are excited to be offering stripes, also referred to as “strips,” as a quick and convenient way to easily change or update your interior space. Signature color strips from The Karen Robertson Collection can be combined with different widths and or colors for your own personalized stripe design. We see endless possibilities. Here are just a few interior striping inspirations from Houzz, which has the most abundant visuals.

I like new uses for traditional things and adding horizontal stripes can update any room to make it modern but continuing the stripes onto the door as Emily Elizabeth Design has done, makes it even more unusual.

This bold stripe layout by Frisson Design really shows how stripes can visually lead your eye to a central focal point. In this case, the next room.

Stripes need not be bold to be modern as the subtle stripes in a nursery are shown by The Virginia House.

Why stick with just walls for stripes? Furniture can be updated to get the striped too, as seen by this chest by Out There Interiors.

Casart has single “strips” that can be combined to create a multi striped look in complementary or similar tone colors. In fact, any of our designs could be ordered as individual stripes as a custom design and all our Casart colors and designs can be custom color matched.

I like how Jennifer Bishop goes even further to show how stripes can be mixed with patterns in her ideabook: Pattern Play – Mixing Prints with Patterns.patterns-prints-Jennifer-Bishop_houzz, as seen on Slipcovers for your walls, casartblog

Becky always has interesting posts on Houzz and her Modern Stripe shows bold stripes intermixed with a bold pattern that surprisingly works from Blount Interior Design.
