Description
This Pasture Theme Panel of the Garden of Family Farm Life Mural is by Kristin Nicholas, a painter, decorative artist, author and knitwear and stitchery designer who lives on a working sheep farm with her family in western Massachusetts. She has transformed her 1751 cape style farmhouse with a riot of color full of hand-painted murals, artistic painting and printing. Her home has been featured in Country Home Magazine and on the website Houzz . Her inspiration for her artwork comes from historic and ethnic textiles and from favorite painters Matisse, Van Gogh and the Bloomsbury Artists. She has authored nine books on knitting and embroidery. A composite of all three panels is shown below.

Samples: A $2 shipping fee is included. The cost of your sample is reimbursed with a larger order of $50 or more. Colors can print slightly differently between our two materials, so we encourage ordering a sample first to review.
Note: These samples come as composite colors with 3 – 4 colorway swatches / sample in order to give you a larger swatch to view. Please choose Sample Composite in the dropdown for your Color Choice, if ordering a sample. It may be that the color swatch you want will be on one of the other two Garden of Family Farm Life Sample Composites. Once you make your selection here, the sample will be visible in the view box for you to see if the color swatch you are interested in is on this sample. This was the best way to divide up the choices with all colors represented and without you having to purchase individual colors separately. If you want a larger swatch to view, you can purchase a Custom Sample and note the design and color you want to view at 8 x 10 size. This sample contains pink & deep orange/ red colorways: Pink Dawn, Summer Rose & Pumpkin Sunset. The Feast Sample Composite 2 contains yellow/ orange colorways: Maize, Melon & Butternut. The Garden Birds Sample Composite 3 contains blue /green colorways: Clear Blue Sky, Teal Time, Morning Mist and Cornflower.

I ordered two panels from Kristin Nicolas’ Garden of Family Farm Life after admiring her work for a couple of years. While ordering, I spoke with Ashley, who helped make the whole process simple and even enjoyable! GREAT customer service. The product is very high quality … We had a wallpaper hanger help out, as there were many outlets on the wall that needed to be cut out. He was impressed with the quality of the panels, and the ease of hanging them. I do think it needs to be cut properly with a blade though … not scissors. The final result is outstanding!
