Return Policy: All of our pillow slipcovers are returnable. We’ve worked hard to produce a high quality product so we hope our customers are as happy as satisfied as we are to offer a beautiful decorative accent for your home. If you not satisfied with your pillow slipcover, you may return unused, resellable items to us for a refund, exchange or Casart credit, provided you notify us and return to our shipping warehouse within 14 days of the original date of delivery. Please make every effort to ensure the items are in the same conditions as they were shipped to you. Please repack the items in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will make the refund or exchange of your original sale minus the shipping charges to your credit card. Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns will not be honored for items that have a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period, items are not in their original condition or if damaged.

Shipping is free in the Continental US!! Locations outside of the Continental US will be charged regular Fedex rates upon checkout. We ship all our pillows via USPS.

Fabric color: Color is affected by the difference in monitor calibrations. Colors will not always be exact but will be in the same family that is represented online.
