We are thrilled to introduce POZdesigns by internationally renowned illustrator and designer Peter O. Zierlein, whose client list includes The New York Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Berliner Zeitung, Stern, Der Spiegel, Le Monde Diplomatique, AUDI a.o., has in recent years turned to cutting paper to create patterns for textiles and wallpaper, as well as fine art paper cut collage prints for interior decoration and hospitality clients.
Zierlein’s German sense of design with simply elegant, hand-cut paper shapes with sparse detail is a meditation on balance and harmony.
The POZdesigns wallpaper collection includes 4 designs for Casart Coverings:
Lovelace, Keyhole, Koi fish pattern wallpaper designs, as well as this splendid Koi fish pond mural, where the fish appear to be swimming underwater with concentric patterns produced by their bubbles. Appropriately so since koi fish are symbolically known for their strength and courage. This mural makes a room feel strong, bold, and playfully energetic.
All Designs are offered in offered in colorways that can also be customized to color choice. They are custom printed on self-adhesive vinyl wallcovering with a unique pressure-sensitive backing that allows them to be easily removed and reused without tools or damage to walls. They offer the look and luxury of high-end wallpaper without its permanence and labor intensive installation.
