Unpleasant but not unproductive is what Tim McKeough says in September&#8217;s Architectural Digest about <a title=\"houzz-founder-alon-cohen\" href=\"https:\/\/www.houzz.com\/users\/query\/alon-cohen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alon Cohen<\/a> and <a title=\"houzz-adi-tatarko\" href=\"https:\/\/www.houzz.com\/user\/adi-t\">Adi Tatarko&#8217;<\/a>s renovation experience.\u00a0 They couldn&#8217;t find the right people to do the work and had difficulty conveying what they wanted.\u00a0 So they took a negative and turned it into a giant positive by launching<a title=\"Houzz\" href=\"https:\/\/www.houzz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Houzz <\/a>where professionals post photos of their projects, readers select their favorites and there is lively discussion by both.\u00a0 You can disagree and voice your opinion but mind your manners in the discussion because if you don&#8217;t the other participants will than one bit of useful information or an opportunity to impart the same.\u00a0 Look for Casart&#8217;s blue butterfly in the discussions.\u00a0 We&#8217;ve made friends with many people that, unfortunately we&#8217;ll probably never have a chance to meet in person.\u00a0 It&#8217;s not all serious.\u00a0 Some of the ideabooks are hilarious like <a title=\"molly-brandenburg\"
