Howell<\/a> says, “Being bold is all about balance.”\u00a0 A little may go a long way, so think about using color in accessories.\u00a0 Here’s a great tip she\u00a0 suggests to determine if aqua is a warm or cool color. \u00a0 Hold the paint chip up side by side to something yellow.\u00a0 If a “warm” tone, you’ll see the yellow undertones in the aqua.<\/p>\n
