Your original photo needs to be at least 4"x 6" or 6.18 pixels and of high quality; ideally a sharp photo at 300dpi and 3MB. If you are uncertain about this information, you can check the file size of your photo by right clicking on your image, click on properties and the size will be displayed; or if on a Mac, go to File then Get Info. Photos with a lower resolution will work but will not give the sharpest image and if used we cannot guarantee the quality of the final product. Only JPEG and TIF file format are excepted.
